Operations Manager — Barcelona Hub

We're looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at our Mercabarna hub. You'll manage the ripening chambers, coordinate with logistics partners, and ensure every avocado leaves our facility at the perfect ripeness level.

• Oversee daily warehouse and ripening operations
• Manage and train a team of 8–12 warehouse staff
• Coordinate inbound shipments from multiple origins
• Monitor SoftRipe chamber performance and quality KPIs
• Liaise with sales team to align supply with demand
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives

• 3+ years in fresh produce operations or food logistics
• Experience managing warehouse teams
• Strong understanding of cold chain and quality control
• Fluent in Spanish; English is a plus
• Comfortable with data-driven decision making
• Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona
